AI Front Desk & Call Logs

Monitor exactly how the AI is handling patient interactions.

  • Live Call Logs: View a chronological list of all calls handled by the AI, including the caller's name, phone number, and call duration.

  • Status Updates: Quickly see the outcome of every call, such as Booked, Reschedule Completed, or Failed.

  • Transcripts: Click the "..." menu next to any call to view the full transcript or listen to the interaction.

Knowledge Base

This is the "brain" of your AI. Update this section to ensure the AI answers patient queries accurately.

  • Clinic Details: Input your Official Name, Address, and Main Phone number.

  • Opening Hours: Set your standard operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Billing & Payments: Define your billing policy (e.g., mixed-billing, bulk billing criteria) and consultation fees so the AI can quote prices correctly to patients.

  • Services: Update Appointment Options and Core Clinical Services to inform the AI about what your clinic offers (e.g., Skin Checks, Iron Infusions).
