At MyConsult, safeguarding your privacy and data security is our top priority. We’ve meticulously integrated these principles into every aspect of the MyConsult platform. All sensitive information is processed and stored within Australia, with no data ever transferred offshore. MyConsult fully complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
How MyConsult Protects Your Data
All transcriptions are conducted in real-time on our secure servers in Sydney. This means that, during your consultation, all audio is converted into text immediately, with no permanent audio storage. By the end of your consultation, the transcription is complete, and no audio remains on our servers. No audio is ever sent offshore, nor is it accessible to any third parties.
All Large Language Model (LLM) processing is performed on servers located in Australia. MyConsult never uses your data for model training, and no user information is retained or accessed by a LLM
All documents generated by MyConsult are stored on Australian servers with 256-bit encryption. By default, documents are stored for 1 day before being permanently deleted. This retention period is flexible and can be customised between 24 hours and 28 days to suit your preferences.

To ensure a smooth process, MyConsult reminds you to obtain consent prior to each consultation, logging that it was received along with a timestamp.
