Operational Volume: Monitor Total Appointments and total AI Receptionist Calls in real-time.
Service Opportunities: The dashboard highlights potential billing opportunities (e.g., Care Plans, Health Assessments) based on your current patient load.
Practice Insights: Keep track of Potential Lost Billings and Documents Pending to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
2. 📞 AI Front Desk & Call Logs
Monitor exactly how the AI is handling patient interactions.
Live Call Logs: View a chronological list of all calls handled by the AI, including the caller's name, phone number, and call duration.
Status Updates: Quickly see the outcome of every call, such as Booked, Reschedule Completed, or Failed.
Transcripts: Click the "..." menu next to any call to view the full transcript or listen to the interaction.

This is the "brain" of your AI. Update this section to ensure the AI answers patient queries accurately.
Clinic Details: Input your Official Name, Address, and Main Phone number.
Opening Hours: Set your standard operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Billing & Payments: Define your billing policy (e.g., mixed-billing, bulk billing criteria) and consultation fees so the AI can quote prices correctly to patients.
Services: Update Appointment Options and Core Clinical Services to inform the AI about what your clinic offers (e.g., Skin Checks, Iron Infusions).
4. 🗓️ Rescheduling & Campaigns
Automate patient recalls and urgent roster changes without manual phone calls.
Urgent Rescheduling: If a doctor calls in sick or an emergency arises, use the Reschedule tool. Select the Doctor, the Date/Time range, and the Reason (e.g., Doctor unavailable, Emergency scheduling). The AI will automatically call patients to rebook them.
Recall Campaigns: Set up campaigns to recall patients for specific clinical needs, such as Care Plans or overdue immunisations.
Campaign Strategy: Customise the Caller ID, set the Max Attempts (how many times the AI tries to call), and enable SMS Fallback to send a text message if the patient doesn't answer.
