BP Integration Not Working?

If you're trying to connect Best Practice (BP) with MBSPro, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Premium Subscription Required

    1. BP integration is only available with an MBSPro Premium account.

2. Integration Fee

3. You’ll need to pay $15 for each account to activate BP integration.

4. This fee helps support an added layer of security for your clinical data.

5. Practice Manager Confirmation

a. Before integration is finalised, we will confirm your account with your Practice Manager to ensure accuracy and access permissions.

Next Steps

  • Upgrade to Premium.

  • Go to Integration Settings and follow the BP setup prompts.

  • Wait for confirmation before full access is enabled.
