Past consults
The past consults page in MBSPro temporarily stores your consults, documents, and dictations, making it a convenient reference space.
When Should You Use History?
Having access to notes and documents in History is helpful for several reasons:
Busy Days: When you are managing consecutive consultations and lack the time to input notes into the medical record straight away, utilise MBSPro’s History as a provisional storage space.
Admin Support: If your administrative team help with documentation, they can log into your MBSPro account, view the History page, and handle consultations or dictations live.
How to save and access your history?
Consults are automatically saved in the past consults tab. There is no need to do anything else. To access your history you just need to
How long are the files stored in History?
By default, MBSPro retains files on the History page for 1 day before they are automatically removed from your account and our servers to guarantee data security. All stored documents are safely kept on Australian servers with 256-bit encryption.
Can I change the File Retention Period in History?
To change the duration for which files are kept in History, navigate to Settings → Profile and scroll down to When Should MBSPro Remove Saved Items? Currently you can select a retention duration ranging from 0 to 1 days
