How to resync your waiting room and find patients

⏱️ Waiting Room Not Syncing?

If the Waiting Room isn’t syncing properly with the BP Diary, follow these steps:

  1. Log Out and Back In
    1. Fully log out of MBSPro, then log back in to refresh your session.

  1. Click β€œSync” in the Waiting Room
    1. This forces the system to update your current patient list. This can take 2-3 minutes as data is downloaded from BP. You can refresh you browser after this as well
