What the Dashboard Shows
The Dashboard pulls data from your Best Practice (BP) integration and displays:
Total billings (e.g. daily revenue)
Revenue per consult
Revenue per hour
Bulk billing vs private billing rates
Missed billings
Billing efficiency
What is Billing Efficiency?
Billing efficiency measures how much of the available MBS billings you are actually using.
Example:
If your billing efficiency is 24.6%, you are only capturing about ¼ of eligible billingsA strong benchmark is typically around 50–60%
Why It Matters
Patients are often eligible for additional MBS items based on their condition (e.g. chronic disease, care needs).
If these are not billed:
Opportunities for care may be missed
Revenue is not fully captured
The Dashboard helps you identify these gaps.
