You now have the ability to utilise different commercially available Large Language Models (LLMs) and fully customise your documentation style.

From the Scribe Settings menu:

โœ… Customising Your Scribe:

Before beginning a consult or within your settings, you can adjust the following to suit your specific workflow:

Model Selection

You are no longer locked into a single AI engine. You can toggle between three distinct models based on your preference:

  • Nova

  • Nebula

  • Meteor

Each model has a slightly different writing style and processing logic. We encourage you to try all three to see which aligns best with your voice.

Detail Level

Control the length and density of your notes.

  • Low: Concise summaries.

  • Medium: Standard consult notes (Default).

  • High: Comprehensive documentation including full reasoning.

Formatting Toggles

  • Bullet Points: Switch on for easier readability.

  • Quotes: Enable this to include direct patient quotes where clinically relevant.

  • Abbreviations: Toggle off if you prefer full words for medico-legal clarity, or on for standard medical shorthand.

โš ๏ธ Important:

Consent Text Customisation

You can now individualise the consent text that appears on your recording screen.

  • Edit Directly: Click into the "Consent Text" box to modify the script.

  • Compliance: Ensure the text matches exactly what you verbally say to patients to maintain medico-legal compliance.

  • Save Settings: Click "Save Settings" to make this your new default for future consults.

๐Ÿ’ก Recommendation:

If you are seeing complex patients with multiple issues, you may wish to switch your Detail Level to High and ensure Bullet Points are ON to keep the output structured thorough.
