Step 1: Access Your Account
Log into your Best Practice account
Navigate to Settings
Select Billing
Step 2: Upgrade to Pro
Click on "Upgrade to Pro" (available in two locations):
In the billing section
In the top right corner of your account
Step 3: Apply Your Coupon
On the upgrade page, click "I have a coupon"
Enter your promo code in the coupon field
Click "Proceed to checkout"
Step 4: Complete Payment
The system will automatically calculate your 20% discount
